- East and West Wing Twin Invertor controlled Pumps
- ASHP Primary circuit Twin Invertor Pumps
- 19 No. Biddle Fan coil units and 20 Low temp Radiators c/w TRV's
- Distribution Pipework, Fittings, Valves, and Insulation
- Twin Pump Pressurisation unit
- 2 No. 300Lt Expansion Vessels
- Magnetic filtration and dosing pot.
- Electrical Trunking, wiring, Switchgear and earth bonding.
- New lighting with Emergency Luminaires
- Gas Solenoid valve and Gas Detection Alarm Panel
- Complete New Control panel, Trend BMS controls system, c/w 4 No Space Zone Sensors, remote monitoring, and associated equipment
- Builders work in connection with the new installation.
- Acoustic Fencing around ASHP compound to comply with Planning Consent.
- Trenching and laying of 100 Mtr of Pre insulated underground pipework to ASHP base.
